That sounds bizarre to me. I'm now 37+2 and my last was 36+6 and next is 38 weeks

It would normally be 36, 38, 40 and 41. The one she's booked for you at 40+2 will be your 40 week appointment but you should have one around 38 weeks too think. Give her and call and ask, probably just an accident/admin error

They should be seeing you every 2 weeks from 34 weeks

Just had mine on Tuesday at 34+4, my midwife is on holiday when im due my next appointment so shes booked me in for the day before I am 38 weeks. But shes looking to see if another midwife has a space to see me in between as its quite a big gap. Like Sumaya said I am sure they are 2 weekly at least from 36 weeks, I am sure it was the same with my first pregnancy xx

Hip cramps & pain at night - 23weeks (have had it for ages)

Although it might be a normal symptom for pregnancy, I haven’t slept properly in what feels like months now. I eat a banana a day, drink as much water I can, and use magnesium body butter at night. Can anyone recommend something that worked for them? I have been looking at Oshun magnesium and/or electrolytes that I can add to water but remember my midwife telling me not to take electrolytes/extra. Any advice welcome, I just wanted to sleep without the constant “left, right, left, right…” Sometimes up at 3/4am and still working full-time teaching maths so really struggling. 🙏🏼

Pregnancy after C-section

I’m 5.5 weeks pregnant. I had a C section with my last baby almost 4 years ago. Did anyone else experience more cramps with activity in their pregnancies after having had a C-section? I’m thinking it might be due to scar tissue? I’m really worried bc the pain is pretty intense. Any and all feedback is welcome! The doctor is no help

C-section help please 🙏

Hi everyone !
I had my appointment yesterday 38+5 weeks which went abit sideways to say the least 🙈
I was meant to be getting induced next week but little man has apparently jumped from 8lbs 6 to nearly 11pounds in 2 weeks (no gestational diabetes)
I got told I had to have a C-section instead now and have never had one so am flapping like a headless chicken 😂 what essentials did you all need / wish you had after a C-section please 🙏 any tips welcome as I’m currently just a blubbering mess as it wasn’t how was planned 😂😂
