Kaiser Coverage / Birth

I had an unplanned C Section at a SoCal Kaiser through my work’s Kaiser HMO and it was $250. I’m not sure if it’s just my plan that I have but as a family we have no deductible but a $6000 out of pocket max.

I have Kaiser Southern California and you don't really pay anything. Birth should be covered and I didn't have to pay a deductible. I only paid for certain medications and a $100 hospital stay.

I paid $225 a day. For both my births.

Im kaiser norcal best plan. I paid 650ish for 4 days in hospital and some meds. No big bill yet. Im 3 months pp.

My experience is with Kaiser is in South California. When I was in the hospital we paid $3000 for a vaginal birth and was told that later we'd get a bill for the rest. It was a total of $8000. Because the baby went to NICU I had to pay more than that, but for the birth it was only the $8000.

I had 2 csections with Kaiser norcal. One was a 4 day stay and one was 2 day. They were $100 each.

I had Kaiser as well, and my birth was fully covered!

I have Kaiser HMO in SoCal. my 3 days stay were $250 and my baby’s 32 days NICU were also $250
