Terrible 2s…
Yall. How are you guys doing? My son is definitely ready to start his terrible twos. The tantrums are surprising to me still. He throws a fit when he doesn’t get his way
Also why is my son just biting me for no reason. I thought we were doing good and then he just takes a bite to the back of my arm

I feel like we’ve been in the terrible twos for about 3 months! These tantrums are no joke. Counting down has been semi-helpful this week, but next week, who knows. Luckily, he only takes bites out of my husband 😂
Ive been dealing with terrible 2s for the last couple months and my daughter isnt even 2 yet. She turns turn in November. And im about ready to pull my hair out. I have started putting her in time out, because nothing else seems to be working. Or I'll put myself in time out.

Bio dad
I’m just now one week postpartum my daughter’s dad who wanted a baby really desperately ghosted me in the Pregnacy had excuses every time for why he wouldn’t show up he’s been in and out didn’t buy nothing for the baby I had contact with him asked he wanted to know anything after she was born. Wanted to know who she resembled her entire name about the birth certificate said he wanted to meet his daughter asked if the Drs asked where the dad was at delivery then he disappeared again won’t respond it breaks my heart we dated he used to be completely different then now he’s gone again I feel I won’t be happy again I won’t find a good guy one day and just be happy can some moms tell me ur story dose gets better did you ever move on from ur child’s father get married or was happy?

Dummies
Has anyone successfully gotten rid of dummies before 12 months? We only use it to fall asleep then he spits it straight out, doesn’t wake looking for it in the night so just want to remove it all together before he gets attached, any advice?

Swaddle transition
How did you transition your baby to a sleeping bag from a swaddle if you used one? What age were they and how long did it take for them to get used to it? My 8 week old has a really strong startle reflex and constantly wakes himself up from his arms 🫠

How many day naps is your baby having?
My little one is 20 weeks and refused a nap this afternoon so wondering if we should be dropping a nap down to 3 naps?
Would people mind commenting baby age and how many naps they have a day please?
FYI… baby is a terrible sleeper, still 1-2 hourly wakes at night generally, with extremely rare longer stretches. At this point I have nothing really to lose in changing day sleep 😂

Postpartum research
Im a pregnant university student and I was wondering if anyone would actually be interested in filling out a questionnaire for postpartum depression risk factors before I decided what my topic is. I think this topic definitely needs more research and now that im about to be a mum its given me a new perspective on how stigmatised mothers mental health can be
