i went through similar ish! He hasn’t seen our baby for a few months now, and i don’t intend on him seeing him now. Me and little one are so happy doing absolutely amazing, it does get so much better.
I also know a few other women who have been in similar situations years ago and they are married/have a new partner and their own little ones on the way 🥰

It gets better hun x I promise ! There is light at the end of the tunnel

Sorry to hear this…Screw him. Do you! Focus on your daughter she’s all that matters now that tiny human you created and a sperm donor is wholeheartedly dependent on you and your next moves. Do you want an absentee father in her life? How you’re feeling is how she will feel every time he decides to show up or NOT show up. He’s showing you what he will do to her. Tell her the truth if she asks at an appropriate age and let her know mama worked hard to make sure you’re OK and safe and that started at birth. Honestly my daughter’s dad wasn’t perfect he’s never ghosted and we’re together again, but he is turning it around after so many trials and tribulations. I gave ultimatums like you will sign your rights away if you can’t do what you need to do! Have him sign his rights away and you do you and what’s best for her!! Love will come, but rn she’s the priority don’t be one of those moms depending on finding love and making it more important than her because she will feel it!! You got this🫂❤️

Fuck that man! You and your precious little baby deserve better. Someone better will come along🩷
4 week old baby - Should we wake a baby up if they’ve been sleeping for 2+ hours (for example)
When do we wake them up or we let them wake naturally?

Has anyone successfully gotten rid of dummies before 12 months? We only use it to fall asleep then he spits it straight out, doesn’t wake looking for it in the night so just want to remove it all together before he gets attached, any advice?

How did you transition your baby to a sleeping bag from a swaddle if you used one? What age were they and how long did it take for them to get used to it? My 8 week old has a really strong startle reflex and constantly wakes himself up from his arms 🫠

My little one is 20 weeks and refused a nap this afternoon so wondering if we should be dropping a nap down to 3 naps?
Would people mind commenting baby age and how many naps they have a day please?
FYI… baby is a terrible sleeper, still 1-2 hourly wakes at night generally, with extremely rare longer stretches. At this point I have nothing really to lose in changing day sleep 😂

Im a pregnant university student and I was wondering if anyone would actually be interested in filling out a questionnaire for postpartum depression risk factors before I decided what my topic is. I think this topic definitely needs more research and now that im about to be a mum its given me a new perspective on how stigmatised mothers mental health can be
