Okay mamas, I need y’all to be REAL with me because maybe I’m overthinking, but I genuinely don’t know how I’m supposed to feel about this. 😩
My fiancé and I were out having a pretty good, chill day. We stopped to get an oil change, and while they were working on the car, he got our daughter out and sent me back to the car to grab some things.
I look down and see an EMPTY CONDOM WRAPPER in the car. 😐
Now, we haven’t been having sex like that lately, and I know I haven’t had anybody else in the car or been sexually involved with anybody else. So obviously I was caught completely off guard and upset.
I asked him about it, and his response was basically, “I was about to ask you the same thing.” Then he said he hasn’t “thrashed nobody in the car recently.” 🙃
And THAT wording has me stuck because… what exactly does “recently” mean?! 😭
Am I wrong for feeling like that response raised even MORE questions instead of answering the original one? I’m not saying I know he cheated because I don’t. But I feel like I have a right to ask where an empty condom wrapper in our car came from, especially when we haven't been sexually active like that.
Then he got mad at me for how I reacted, and now I’m sitting here wondering if I’m being gaslit or if there’s an explanation I’m not thinking of.
I’m not looking for people to automatically tell me “LEAVE HIM” or “HE CHEATED.” 😂 I genuinely want honest perspectives from moms: How would YOU interpret this situation, and what would you ask him?

All I know is.. what’s done in the dark will always come to light. Ask God to show you and give you signs if that’s really what that was.

Me personallyyy I would lose my cool. Not saying that’s what you should do BUT that’s a big obvious clue that he had sex with someone recently. And getting mad would make him look more suspicious. Idk I could be wrong but I would go FBI mode in his phone in case it’s still happening.

Lady, there’s an empty condom wrapped in the car and you know for dam sure it isn’t yours. Then it must be his and he knows it. Don’t let him flip this on you, tell him it’s pointless to even try at this stage.

Yeah i think you're being gaslight.
Compare his reactions to other genuine issues you've had and see if they match up. How does he react when you accuse him of something like not turning off the cooker does he get mad or does it try and reason with you. ( just an example) but now something trust related.
Another thing is just have a sit down conversation. Walk through your feelings and see how it goes if he shuts you down without validating how you feel when you found a condom then...
Even if you don't get anything it will eventually come to light what he has done.
Just strap up so you don't catch something. Sorry girl

An empty condom wrapper would only be in your car if one of you had sex in the car. Or by some miracle the car door was left open and on an extremely windy day it blew trash into your car including this wrapper.
Now logically let’s look at this. You’ve said you didn’t have sex, so that’s you ruled out. The wind theory is probably a 1 in a million chance so let’s rule that out. Which leaves your partner. You have your answer right there staring you in the face.
Also, there’s no way a man would find an empty condom wrapper in his car which he knew wasn’t his, and wouldn’t confront you immediately. How convenient he only remembered to ask you about it when you brought it up 🤦🏽♀️
I know you said you don’t want people telling you he cheated, but girl it’s obvious. If you want to keep your head buried in the sand, that’s on you. All I know is he would be an EX-fiancé for sure.
Don’t allow yourself to be gaslit and fooled by lies.

What if he didn’t have sex and only masturbated??? Some guys wear condoms when doing it so it’s an easy clean up. I don’t know. Just thinking outside the box.
Has someone borrowed the car??
If not then maybe just go through his phone or if you trust him and he has nothing to hide then maybe it’s an old one for another time??
Again out of the box thinker.
Honestly do what you feel is right. You will get your answer eventually.
Feeling lonely?
Hi! I’m a 23 year old ftm to a baby boy. I’m about 7 months postpartum and throughout my whole pregnancy till now, I’ve struggled with feeling alone lol. I have some friends and my man but it’s been hard to find other people to relate to during this time. Especially since a lot of the moms I’ve encountered are so different (not that that’s bad), either in age or walks of life.
I’m not the most extroverted person ever, but I crave connection.
I’m not sure how to combat this and get myself out of this rut. If anyone has any feedback, comments, and solutions please let me know! I’m open to hearing all responses :))
Thanks!

My manager has just removed me from the work group chat and her only text was to tell me that she’s doing that until I return. The group chat is nothing but a bit of banter so no serious work talk. It’s made me feel a bit low. And felt like it wasn’t something that was really necessary.

Hello! I’m a first time mom and I’m in a few mom groups but I don’t feel like I connect with anyone. Most of the groups contain moms who either have issues with their spouse, have PPD or just have a bad outlook on being a mom. I try to connect but I haven’t experienced any of that with my baby or husband. From the pregnancy up until now, I haven’t experienced any sadness, feeling disconnection to my baby or husband , haven’t been depressed or upset. I’ve been enjoying literally every moment of motherhood. I don’t mind being up all night if baby decides to not sleep, I breastfeed and co-sleep (please don’t judge, baby has a in-bed bassinet) . I don’t want to seem like I’m better than the other moms cause I know I’m not so I just keep my distance as I don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable 😔

I don’t know which brand to choose.
I’m looking to get pregnant sometime in nov.
With my first pregnancy, I was using materna but that’s when I knew nothing about ingredients. I need something less toxic ingredients.
I saw another brand, Jamieson but I’m not sure if it’s vitamin A was too high. I asked AI. It said it was just right.
It has iron.
Is that brand good or is there another?
Please I have no idea about this stuff
Thank you mamas!
