Heyyy, my little man will only sleep tonight if he is being held, currently 3am and me and partner have just swapped duties as his personal bed for the night 😂 anyone else in the same situation?

My 6 month old will only sleep in my arms if I transfer her to her crib she lasts for 30 minutes and hour if I’m lucky

Currently in the same position with 7 month twins. Sometimes they are okay laying next to me.
Just remember they are only little for so long try to enjoy it and do what's best for your family. As long as you are safe let him sleep with you and try and get some sleep yourself.

Oh bless you it’s tough! He’s just looking for warmth and comfort. One thing I did that helped early on was put my tshirt or whatever I’d worn that day in his next to me, obviously safely. It was over his mattress so he couldn’t get it off, but it had my smell and it helped.

My 3 month old is the same for the last 3 nights!! The initial put down is fine but once she wakes in the night she won’t go back in her crib! I really hope this doesn’t last for long 🥲

Look into safe cosleeping and chest sleeping. Happy cosleeper on Instagram has a lot of free info on it.

Yeah we chest sleep.

My 4 week old does the same thing started last week if i dared put her down in her bassinet or crib she would immediately wake up and start fussing i just sleep with her basically on the boob the whole timeðŸ˜

I secretly miss those days of being nap trapped. Although, in the midst of it all I found it to be a bit frustrating as I couldn't do things for myself (going to the toilet, get something to eat or drink). When i had my 2nd baby, I always kept some food & drink within arms reach just to prepare for those moments😅
They do grow out of it, I get that doesn't help you right now. Sending hugs & hope that you managed to get some sleep.
Hey all, so I’ve not worked in 7 years due to multiple reasons, I left my previous job because I was fleeing DV, then lockdown happened, then I met my husband and had my twins, I feel into a deep depression, was diagnosed with ptsd, adhd, I struggle to get out, struggle with daily life but keep going for my husband and kids but recently ive been feeling I really want to get back into work, im trained as a senior career, working with dementia and end of life, I don’t know where to start anymore, I’ve lost all confidence and it’s been so long that will I get it will I pick up where I left off, who’s going to hire someone who has no confidence, I used to be able to speak to anyone and everyone, now if anyone speaks to me a stutter and panic then don’t know what to say to the simplest of things
Don’t know what I’m looking for, has anyone else had this and overcome it?
Xx

Inspired by a post earlier this week. I am so excited for my little man to crawl all over his new playpen while I cook breakfast without constantly worrying about my big dogs running around next him. I am sleep deprived/ depressed/ and really struggling mentally so if theres something i can use to help my sanity I am all for it. Mornings have been extra hard but I am looking forward to using this tomorrow 😊 highly recommend!! If you feel the need to judge, just move on 😀

Hi mamas, my baby is 12 weeks and hates going on a walk in the pram with the bassinet insert. She’ll sit in there for like 10 minutes before crying and making a big fuss and then I have to hold her all the way home in one hand and pushing the pram in the other which is not very ideal when I’m not near home😅 I’ve tried baby carrying but I really just want her to stay in the pram. Any tips please? Is it just a matter of time thing?

I know they want us to brush our babies teeth once they start coming in. I head that having milk before sleep can increase risk of cavities in babies. I brush daily but then I give a bottle before bedtime which I feel like is kinda pointless to brush if I'm gonna give the bottle anyway. So I thought maybe I can transition her to have her night time bottle and then bath and brush teeth. But I don't know if she's too young for that. What are your thoughts. She sleeps through the night the night time feeds are not involved in this.

I see so many women on social media claiming to be having sex as soon as the 6 week check is done, and I'm wondering if this is the norm? My libidos has been through the floor for months. 😴
