My little boy is 14 weeks and has recently started waking up more during the night.
He goes down at about 7pm and would stay asleep until 1/2am, have a bottle then straight back to sleep but has recently started waking up at 12:30 and not going back to sleep until 2:30am and then waking up again at 5/6am.
Do I need to try and put him to bed later? How long does this last? 🙃

It sounds like the sleep regression. In my opinion, no matter what you do to change timings, nothing will work. Just got to ride the wave and itll pass 🫶🏻 sending love x

Definitely sounds like the 4 month regression. Be consistent with what you do and it'll pass.

I know people are saying sleep regression but throughout the day is finishing all his bottles? And is he getting colder in the night?x

I’m going through the exact same thing with my 16 week old! Slept so good through the night maybe woke up once for a bottle but would go straight back to sleep & now she’s waking around 12:30/1 for a bottle with a big smile and wide awake 😣 and then the same at 3am! I’m pretty sure it’s a sleep regression I think we just have to ride it out!
I know a lot of this is down to me spending too much time on social media or obsessing over what my friends managed to do for their babies, so I've started skipping all the baby content now but the damage is done. Baby is due in 3 weeks and I feel like my house is too small/cramped to give my baby everything I had hoped to.
I was hoping to have a nice big cot in our room but there's no space. We'll have to have a bassinet and then a mini cot.
Was hoping to have loads of floor space in our living room for playing, etc but no matter how much I move things around, it's just not enough..
I know the baby won't care, but I grew up in a very small cramped house and I always hoped I would be able to give my children better than what I had.
Been speaking to the perinatal mental health team and they are lovely, but I can't shift this feeling of not being good enough!
Any tips on how to keep myself positive?

Wanting advice on co-sleeping , do you co sleep with your baby and where does your partner sleep? We have co slept since baby was 1 month old and partner has slept on the sofa, she is now 3 months old and I’m starting to miss my partner

Hi mammas
I’m looking for a recommendation for a compact stroller as I’ve really had enough of how bulky the full pram from our Joie travel system is. I really want to get rid of it with all its attachments and just have a stroller now that my LO has outgrown the bassinet. Preferably one with parent facing and world facing ability - any recommendations please? I just want to be able to take the dog and baby out at the same time but can’t currently fit both in the car!
