Im having issues with family and friends. Ive invited so many people to my little ones 1st birthday. I keep getting either no responses or them saying they can't come. Shall I just not do the party?? I feel like im failing

Hi mama if people are saying they can’t come or not replying that’s on them not you why don’t you look at maybe taking little one to a farm or a zoo and then do a cake at home for them it’s memories for all of you and no stress x

I literally had the same this weekend. Loads didn't bother to turn up. But the important people in her life were there to celebrate her.
If they don't turn up, it's their loss. Enjoy your little one turning 1 with the ones that love her xx

I’m not doing a first birthday party and I also eloped when I got married. Your big life events are for you and your actual nearest and dearest. Truthfully, that’s usually your partner, your children, a few family members and perhaps two friends. I’m sorry people are being so rude; try not to let it spoil your enjoyment of such a precious time x

We’re doing a party for mine and not many have responded but who cares those that are coming will have the best time!! We’ve got soft play and farm animals 👌
Hi guys just wanted to ask if this can do with pregnancy my clit has been hurting and inflamed for days now and I’m peeing a lot more than what I was is this pregnancy related and normal ?

So i went in for my sweep today, i am 39+6. Baby is 3/5 engaged. I was already around 4cm dilated but NOT in active labour. Ive been having cramps for the past 2 weeks and honestly feel like the sweep did absolutely nothing🙂. I lost my mucus plug and that was about it. I feel like this baby just doesnt want to come out. Im tired and so over it. The pain is absolutely just tiring me out however everytime i go to triage to get it checked out they say its normal. I have tried everything and anything at this point. Is anyone else in the same boat or is it just me

Soooo, I was really against inducing after my first baby as it was not a nice experience at all!!
But due to a change in medical conditions I’m having to be induced this week now as I want to avoid a c section due to being on my own with the kids throughout the week.
I’m just wondering if anyone else has had second time round a better experience few mums at school have said it’s a lot quicker second time round.
I’m just wondering as I now have to sort out care for my 5 year old as I was in for over a week with her😩

If you have had multiple sections, which did you find the easiest recovery wise?
I found my second a lot harder than my first as the operation was longer. Worried if I had a third, it would be even more difficult.
