Has anyone else experienced a really clingy phase around this age? š„¹
Recently, after breastfeeding, heāll fall asleep on me only for him to instantly wake up and cry when I put him down. He also suddenly wants to be held pretty much all the time, and if I leave the room or he canāt see me, heāll cry ā then as soon as I come back into view, heās happy again š
Iām sure itās all completely normal, but has anyone else experienced this? Any tips or advice would be really appreciated! ā¤ļø

Is he teething? My little guy gets like this when heās got new teeth coming in or when heās sick

He is nearly 3 months can it happen this early? He has started putting his hands more in his mouth but I think that is normal behaviour of him discovering his hands?

Have a look at wonder weeks. Thereās a developmental leap around 12 weeks which could explain it!
No advice as my little boy was the same and I just had to take him room to room.

Going thru it now. 4mo 3weeks. I hear itās a sleep regression they are more aware of the world and your presence!

Right there with you! I swear the moment she turned 2 months glued to me for 2 weeks straight! I can now set her down to do the odd quick thing and she can be content for like⦠up to 30 mins but only while awake the second I put her down while asleep eyes wide open.
Hi guyss Iām in need of help PLEASE! I am a POC and before getting pregnant I had BPD ( borderline personality disorder), anxiety and major depressive disorder, ptsd and ocd. I am 27 weeks pregnant and my prenatal depression has been horrible. Iāve been crying so much and physically feeling like Iām losing myself . I have a therapist, I told my OB everything. I finally decided to take that step and get back (previous times 2019 & 2022) on meds. But now I see all of these things like it can hurt my baby. Please someone help I need to know is my baby gonna be okay. I only took half a pill. Is there any POC that can send some advice please. ( nothing against anyone but our brains are wired differently and doctors treat us differently as well) .

Just want peoples opinions. So today I was in a childrenās charity shop with my 6 month old and she was asleep in her pushchair. A boy who looked maybe 8-10 years old came over to us and patted her gently over her blanket. I was a bit taken back and then he went away and came back 10 mins later and asked me āwhat did I just do to your baby?ā And I replied āyou stroked herā then I asked him if he was with his mum or dad and he said no heās with his tutor. I could see the man on the other aisle. I felt uncomfortable and just walked away with my pushchair. She stayed asleep the whole time. Am I being really silly in feeling scared at the time? Maybe itās my anxiety after my baby was born as she nearly died or maybe itās just normal that I was scared? I feel bad as I donāt know if he was special needs? It seemed like it but I just felt strange about it all

How do people manage through the day with a baby who will NOT under any circumstance let you put them down for just one second. When she is being held she is silent/content/asleep but the literal second I try put her down on any surface she goes absolutely mental screaming and crying.
My baby literally does not sleep through the day - Iāve seen other posts saying similar but wowšµāš« Exhausting.

Need a bit of advice as Iām a bit unsure.
I donāt have a car, nor do I even have a license so driving to the hospital and back home is not an option.
Weāll get an Uber to the hospital but how would you get the baby back?
Weāre considering uber back too, but then would need a car seat and I feel maybe itās a lot of money to spend on a car seat when we donāt have a car nor the ability to driveš
We donāt have anyone in the area with kids who we could borrow a car seat from, nor anyone near us who even has a car.
Weāre in London
What would you do?
