Can I use tampons now? My period returned today, at exactly 7 weeks PP, the post birth bleeding stopped around 2 weeks ago

Mother and baby groups
Everyone keeps telling me to join mother and baby groups is it normal to not want too as I just feel like I won’t fit in and I am just uncomfortable and scared of the idea of it as well

Redundancy during maternity leave

Need some advice on runny eggs, can I eat them are they safe if they’re British lion marked? Can I also have cold deli meat such as turkey / chicken on a sandwich? As these are my cravings and I need to give in 🫣
