When do you need to sterilise till? Is it age 1? (Pumps, bottles ect)

Its supposed to be 12 months but by 6 months they put EVERYTHING in their mouths so it becomes a bit pointless its a loosing battle
Also i would look up the manufacturer's instructions on your pumps as alot of them say to only steralise now for the first use
If it’s only used with breastmilk you don’t actually need to sterilise at all. Hot soapy water is fine.
If any formula at all touches it then it needs to be sterilised until you stop using formula x

My baby has hardly slept all day 😳
What is going on? He hardly sleeps all bloody night anyway lol but day time is usually okay! He keeps napping for maybe 10 mins, which is usual for him when transferred but usually he would sleep 1-2 hours in our arms! I would say he has slept for about 3 hours total between 10am and 6.30pm! I dont remember this with my first lol

Venting
Anyone else feel like they just suck at being a mom on some days?
FTM to a 2 month old and I know this phase is really hard, but it is just beyond words so hard and confusing and frustrating most of the time. And that makes me feel really guilty because I know I have this amazing son who I love so much and none of it is his fault.
I just want to feel like I can soothe him and keep him happy - and most days I don’t feel like I can.

Advice
My baby is 2 weeks old and it truly seems like she hates me.
I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. My husband can easily calm her down but I can’t seem to do the same. She will be totally fine with him and the second he passes her to me, she will start crying.
I’m having a really hard time with it. Any advice?

8 week jabs
My boy had his 8 weeks jabs this morning, he has a temp of 38.2 and has had 3 lots of calpol. He will not settle unless on me and he’s so sad… complete opposite to his normal self😢 anyone else’s baby really struggle after their jabs? Think I’m in for a long night

Going to the bathroom alone
I have an 8 year old and 4 year old and I’m just wondering do we ever get to go to the bathroom alone or have privacy while in the bathroom ever again?? My kids will not say 5 words to me until I’m sitting on the toilet then they wanna ask a million questions and they are hungry and they need this or want that. I know I can’t be the only one

Sleep help
My baby doesn’t nap longer than 30-40 minutes - still on 4 naps a day.
She is EBF but we have started weaning and trying to introduce a bottle of formula as worried she might be hungry
She’s up a lot in the night. Don’t know if she’s cold, hungry or just being difficult
Anyone else experiencing this?
Last night her longest stretch I think was an hour and a half!!
