Husband left me after the birth of our second baby. Can I move away temporarily?
Me and my husband have 2 children, a 2 year old and a 2 week old. My husband has decided to split from me as he no longer feels our relationship is working.
He is planning on moving out tomorrow and this leaves me with no help whilst recovering from an emergency c section.
Am I legally allowed to move temporarily back to my parent’s house (about a 3 hour drive away) until I have recovered. I will not cope at home with my toddler and newborn whilst recovering (husband was previously helping as he WFH). My parents have offered to help until I recover and can return home.
My husband is annoyed they he might not see our children whilst I’m staying at my parents. He told me that I’m trying to take his children away but I just cannot cope with looking after my toddler and newborn alone whilst recovering.

In short my partner is struggling to get IT up. I’m sick of kissing for 30 minutes while he and I are trying with hands. Any advice is appreciated pls
