Me and my husband have 2 children, a 2 year old and a 2 week old. My husband has decided to split from me as he no longer feels our relationship is working.
He is planning on moving out tomorrow and this leaves me with no help whilst recovering from an emergency c section.
Am I legally allowed to move temporarily back to my parent’s house (about a 3 hour drive away) until I have recovered. I will not cope at home with my toddler and newborn whilst recovering (husband was previously helping as he WFH). My parents have offered to help until I recover and can return home.
My husband is annoyed they he might not see our children whilst I’m staying at my parents. He told me that I’m trying to take his children away but I just cannot cope with looking after my toddler and newborn alone whilst recovering.

Omg what the hell. Talk about terrible timing on his part - if he wants to see his children he can, but that means putting whatever feelings he has aside and being a good dad and that means helping you recover so that you will be able to look after them (with his help) later. He is their dad and you’re unable to help look after them as you are recovering from major abdominal surgery. This is his time to step up and frankly, if I were him I’d put your relationship issues aside and focus on being a good dad just now, the relationship issues can wait until your newborn is able to be looked after independently by him.

First of all,‘I really hope you’re okay.
Not sure where you live l, but seeing as you’re not moving out of the country, I’m sure you you’re can move away.
In my opinion your husband feeling sad about possibly not seeing the children is unlucky as it is included on his decision on leaving.
Definitely go to your parents for help.
An emergency c section is a major surgery. And then two children,‘it’s a lot. They can also look after you, while you’re looking after everyone else

Your husband is not being fair with u . Why does he want to move out but doesnt want u to go as well? Or is it because he doesnt want u to receive the kind of help u need ? As u definitely need lots of help . To be able to function . This is very bad of him of deciding to leave u in this critical state . Recovering from cs isnt a joke, plus new borm phase and toddler . Men need to be considerate sometimes especially in cases like this . Honestly if you re a man and you cant deal with the behaviours of women during pregnancy and after pregnancy, then please dont even think of getting a lady pregnant because you will go through it with every woman .
Sorry dear you are going through this . Pls sorry to ask . Do you live in the uk? If yes where pls?
Can I still be in boy mom groups if I'm having a girl? I can't find any groups for moms of both.

Hey y'all, my marriage is going through some issues. And while I love my husband, we have been trying for our second baby, so far it hasn't been successful. I've been having a lot of doubts about having a second baby while my first one is not even a year. I don't exactly feel ready. And I don't feel like my husband will help me out as much. So thinking on going on birth control. I just don't want my husband to find out. I know it is a horrible thing of me to do. But I already feel like a single mom and I can't wrap my head around what to babies would feel like if I'm doing this basically alone
