Crawling
Is anyone’s 6 month old crawling yet?
We are stuck in the rocking back and forth on all fours positions right now, she’s been doing this for around a month or so and just doesn’t get the hang of moving her hands/legs.
Shes been sitting independently for 2 months now and can get into the crawl position and back on her bottom on her own and can get everything she needs because she just spins around on her tummy or somewhat army crawls to everything!
I’ve tried so many ways to help her to crawl, any other tips?? Tia x

My baby doesn’t even go on his knees let alone crawl and sit independently 🙈 is everyone else’s baby really far ahead or is my boy behind?
Mines the same! He started rocking for the first time today! My eldest didn’t even army crawl but rocked and started crawling at 8 months so I wouldn’t worry!
I do put a toy he really likes then when he’s army crawling I push one leg and a time to show him he needs to get on his knees! It seemed to work with my eldest so trying that again this time round 🥹

Baby fell off the bed 😞
So guys the day ive dreaded for a long time happened today. It was exactly the same as every other morning except this one day my little one somehow managed to move across the whole bed and tumbled off it. The standard pillow fort waa there but somehow he missed it. I truly don't have a clue how but now im petrified of closing my eyes in the morning. Please confirm that this happens all of the time and that I'm not a bad mum.

Side / tummy sleeper
Baby loves sleeping on their side / tummy and gets up a lot more when placed on back so I’ve leaned into it and don’t always put them on their back anymore. Just wondering if anyone else does the same

Breastfeeding + weight
Is it possible to lose weight while breastfeeding? Has anyone done so successfully ? Any tips? I’m tired of having no clothes that fit me well

Major surgery
Does anyone else feel like because you've had a baby people forget you've had major surgery at the same time and you should be over it quickly. I feel like even in the hospital you are just in and out which wouldn't happen with normal surgery. Partner says things like oh I am sure you will be alright! I don't think people really understand.

Mums, how did you get your newborn to sleep in their Next to Me crib? My little girl falls asleep perfectly in my arms but the second I put her down in her crib she wakes up crying! What worked for you? Any advice or tips 🙏🏽
