6 weeks, typically is when you’re cleared. I personally waited longer after all 3.

Also use protection or birth control or both or something because you can definitely get pregnant right away

I see you're in the UK. The NHS do not advise a specific time frame after giving birth. It's a good idea to wait until your external wound is healed at least.

You literally had a surgery so you should wait until you are cleared but still take it easy because you are still healing...it took me close to a year though because I went back to work and my incision opened while I was doing work and we were trying to make it work with a new born infant.
