My daughter is 16 weeks old now and prior to about 2 weeks ago she used to be such a good sleeper at night. One maybe 2 wakes at most and she slept through the night a handful of times!
Since she hit 14 weeks, everything changed ๐
she wakes up constantly all night, 5-10 times a night.. Iโm exhausted! I think the 4 month sleep regression came a little early for us ?
Weโre 2 weeks into it now with no sign of it getting any better, how long can I expect this to go on for? Will she ever be a good sleeper again? ๐ซ

I hope yours will be shorter, but mine started doing that at 12 weeks and is just a little bit better now at 23 weeks, it's brutal! We just need to hang in there, I'm told it will pass. I try not to bring my hopes up and take it by the day

ours started at 12 weeks (my son started at 13 weeks) still going at 15 weeks but id say its maybe a bit better?! we co sleep and breast feed so I'm not always aware of the wakes. sometimes she'll start in the next to me and do 3 hours but the last few nights she's been having false starts ๐ so I just bring her in with me. it will pass.. at some point ๐คฃ

Mine lasted 6 weeks x
Hoping yours is shorter! The madness does end, I promise ๐ฅบโค๏ธ

Is sleep regression guaranteed? Mine is 15 weeks and is a great sleeper at night. Iโm really worried because I love my sleep ๐
My babyโs just turned 1 so will be putting her on cows milk, is a bottle like this ok? She has a tum tum straw cup for water

Is anyone else's baby having really random awake and nap times? I know wake windows aren't a science and I only use them as a rough guide but my daughter (15 weeks) was working towards a nice 4 nap schedule with 1.5-1.75 hours between naps, lately we've gone back to 5 naps most days (she is a chronic cat napper) but the last few days its been all over the place! Today she had 30 min, then an hour awake, then 45 minutes, 90 min awake, 45 minutes, 2 hours awake and has just gone back to sleep again now. Anyone else?

Hi.
I'm reading a lot about how important to establish the milk supply. I really want to exclusively breastfeeding and I want to make sure I have enough milk, but I read the wearable breast pump can mess up the supply? It's not as simple as more you pump more you able to produce? Or I'm just think its that simple? What is your thoughts/ experience on this?

Hi everyone. My baby girl was born on 25th September at 34 weeks (she was 5lb 5oz) and we spent a couple weeks in hospital afterwards. Initially for the first 7 days she was tube fed and we were discharged triple feeding, so I breastfeed (have only had success with a nipple shield ๐) then I top up with 45ml breastmilk afterwards and then pump. This is not sustainable long term but I guess I'm just looking for any success stories from doing this?!? I don't really know what to do, she doesn't transfer milk very well whilst breastfeeding as every feed takes a good half hour per breast (if I manage to get her to latch) and then she needs the top up after. It all feels a bit pointless using the nipple shield but she is completely reliant, has anyone managed to wean their little one off? I went to a breastfeeding clinic locally and found it a bit stressful so don't really want to go back (I just had a lady trying to shove my boob in her mouth for 20 mins without a shield whilst she screamed hysterically). I don't really know what to do and just feel like I need some reassurance to bin it all off and transition to formula maybe? Or shall I wait it out??
She will be 4 weeks on Friday and is now 5lb 14oz (up from 5lb 5oz).
Sending hugs to all you September mums ๐ xxxx
