When did you start? Pumping can sometimes induce labor so it’s not recommended until after 37 weeks.

When I was first time mom, I was leaking a lot of colostrum in my 2nd trimester!! Now i haven’t… almost close to birth ..🤔

i’m 6 days pp i also started at 3 days , i think i collected 70ml on 4th day! it goes up and down but each day i got more and more it’s looking like i get more of 50-60ml but im giving it a week and keeping track on the Pump Log app :)

I’m waiting on pumping but I been hand expressing. I’m 37 weeks and 5 days

Why is it so hard to set boundaries as an adult?

I've realised it's really tough to start setting boundaries now that I'm an adult, especially when people are used to me always saying yes. Did anyone else struggle with guilt or worry about damaging relationships? How did you overcome the mental challenges and stick to your boundaries?
