Have an almost 9 week old BF girlie who is eating 6 ounces before bedtime but then sleeping 8-9 hours overnight. She then takes very short (less than an hour) naps during the day. She’s not super fussy and isn’t spitting up or anything. But as a FTM, I’m a little worried she may be eating too much then sleeping too long of a night stretch for her age. Anyone else experience similar?

My baby does the same thing she’s 2 months old but her weight is good so I’m not concerned

My babygirl does the same. She’s 10 weeks and has been doing it since about 8-9 weeks.. I was concerned at first but she’s still growing good so I’m just taking the win!

The eating a lot before bed is probably just enough for her to sleep thru the night. She's still so little, so it might change as she gets older, but as long as she's growing at her own pace, it doesn't sound like an issue

She’s a chunky monkey and has been gaining weight well so I will just appreciate it while it lasts lol

If she is growing normally, she is fine. Babies have a calorie bank that they fill throughout the day, so if she got all she needed in the day time, she will sleep through the night.
We have tried the whole self sooth with a dummy method and it works a couple of times, but most of the time he’s fed to sleep or rocked. Please tell me we’re not the only ones who’s babies aren’t fully self soothing yet?

Is anyone else in the trenches with a 6 month old. My boy is awful at the moment. He won’t sleep through the night cos he’s up randomly screaming. He wants to crawl but he can’t so he sits on his hands and knees screaming. Put him down he screams. He’s teething so obvs his screaming. Nap time he screams. The soundtrack to my life is the tiny thing screaming and if you ignore him he screams louder

Anyone else’s routine just gone out the window today since the clocks have changed?? 🤣🙈🙈 my 8 month old missed her afternoon nap and fell asleep around 4pm and has been snoozing since- but to her it’s and hour later and she’s fallen asleep earlier becuase she was awake earlier today? I’m all over the place today, hope it’s not just me 😅

I have a 4 month old who is recently so sensitive to any single noise. Even if people laugh too loud he screams the house down. Any noise is just too much.
He’s also randomly been inconsolable all day whilst at my mum’s house. So much so I couldn’t even get him in the car seat to leave because he couldn’t breathe due to crying THAT much. He is teething but I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Everything is a struggle.
It’s so unlike him. His temperature is fine and I can’t see anything obvious. Don’t know what to do.

My daughter is 6 weeks and we’re dealing with the inconsolable crying in the evenings. Some call it witching hour/colic/PURPLE crying. Anyone have any success getting relief for their babies? I’m desperate to help my little girl feeling better
