So my son is 9 months old and I found out today I am 3+ weeks pregnant. My baby is due in July, my son turns 1 in January. Does anyone else have an age gap like this? How did it work? Are you ok mentally, physically? I'm stressed asf

I’m kinda in the same boat, my son is 7 months and I’m 16 weeks pregnant so I’m curious too

I found out I was pregnant when my son was 9m. Exactly like you tbh… My son just turned 1 about 2 weeks ago, and ngl, it’s hard as heck most days… i’ll be 17w in a few days and i’m just in survival mode atp😂

Just here to say I am also in the same boat, will have the exact same age gap but I’m due in April. We’ll get through it! Totally understand the rollercoaster of emotions finding out though. I imagine there will be a lot of hard days but once through the thick of it, the bond between them as siblings will have made it all worth it! My nieces are the same age gap and the best of friends now 💕

Yes I conceived when my oldest was 6 months old. My kids are 15 months apart and it was pretty hard at first. It's still not easy but my youngest is 8 months old, crawling and coasting on two legs. My oldest just two days ago. They're more independent but still want me constantly. They play together so much and do everything together. They're truly each other's favorite person. I had PPD for months and I'm not fully sure I'm completely over it as I still have bad days. It's rough but you'll get used to both kids wanting attention at the same time.
I'm glad I'm not alone here and I wish you all the best in your pregnancies. I'm so stressed. My biggest fear rn is telling people or them finding out as we are all going on a family holiday in 2 weeks and I go back to work in January. It's such a scary thing but I'm lowkey excited

I have 18 months between my first and second and 17 months between my second and third (third is a month prem so technically should be 18months but complications and birth weight meant early arrival and led to 3 under 3).
Most likely the worse and best thing i ever done was having them close together. Days can be long and hard work but my boys make my daughter laugh soo much its adorable. My daughter is one next week and my boys still want to help with her like choosing clothes and making milk and found everything alot easier including them into things

Congratulations to all you mamas! My 2 are 15 months apart, 5 and 20 months atm. And I have found it mostly 80% a walk in the park as with my 1st I had it really bad and had PPD so I think it really depends on how you were with your first because for me this is a million times easier! Its different for everyone. Yes there are hard parts when they both need you but it will get easier in time xx

First off congratulations mumma secondly no sugar coating it’s hard as heck but also very worth it my son was around 7/8 months old when I found out I was already 11 weeks pregnant by then now I have a 22 month old and a 6 month old and my son is so cute with his sister basically was from day one but I also have the most amazing support which has made it easier for me nap times so get quite hard food also when it comes to weaning as my fist still likes to be spoon fed but the rewards outweigh everything

I had my second at the beginning of March and have a 17 month age gap. It’s not always as hard as you think. Honestly, it’s been so much more enjoyable and easier than you are lead to believe. Some days are harder than others but overall is a joy. They are the best of friends, want to see each other as soon as they wake up and they play together so nicely. My sons just starting to crawl and watching my daughter crawl around and encourage him to chase her is so adorable.
Heyy so I’m currently waiting on a date for my c-section. How long did it take for you to get your dates and how did you feel being on steroids? This is my first c-section and I’m trying to prepare myself as I’ve been told I’ll have to take steroids 10 days before the c-section date, any tips I need to know for my c section and recovery I’d be very grateful

When did your baby start smiling consistently?
My little one is 10 weeks and we get the odd smile every now and then but nothing consistent.
She was born just over 3 weeks early.. don’t know if that makes any difference to these small milestones being slightly delayed possibly but so desperate to see some more smiles! 😊

I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow and I just found out at my last appointment a few days ago that I have some type of scar tissue in my uterus and when she did my fundal measurement she said he was measuring 30 weeks. Kinda worried tbh. My next ultrasound is Nov 5 and I'm hoping for good news.

I’m 15 weeks post partum and still getting really bad night sweats. Is anyone else experiencing this? I thought they’d have stopped by now.
