How do I get my 14 month old to sleep past 5am?
He doesn't sleep well anyways but when it hits 4:45/5am he wakes crying. I manage to get him back to sleep (he's rocked/bounced) but minutes after transferring back into his cot he wakes crying again then he's up for the day from 5:30
He used to sleep till 6/6:30 sometimes even 7!
How do I stop this? I'm tired 😅 he wakes multiple times anyways then he's ready to be up from 5!!
This has been happening before the clocks went back so I don't think it's that.
TIA

What time does he go to bed and how long does he have napping during the day?
We had early wakes for a while until I realised my baby only needs 13 hours of sleep across a 24 hour period. So I capped naps and moved bedtime a little later and now he wakes up at 6.30am.

We only ever get wakes at that time when my little one has gone to bed too late/overtired.
What time do they wake, nap and go to bed?

My 13m old is the same. Since the clocks have change we're up at 5-5:30

Try to extend wake windows, reduce the second nap by 10 mins every day or every other day.
Bring bedtime later by 10-15 mins every day or every other day.
He's growing and his sleep needs are reducing. You'll likely see slow improvement x
So been in hospital for six days today. Following an uncomplicated childbirth, which I thought would be straightforward discharge home. Every time I expect to be going home Something else crops up.
My four year old son is at home with Dad but I feel so guilty and missing him loads. After being told baby’s jaundice levels haven’t improved and he needs yet another heel prick test my heart is breaking and I can feel my mental health deteriorating. Just can’t stop crying. I have also been started on blood thinners now due to extended stay and can’t leave the ward with baby so stuck in these four walls. Literally going insane!
Don’t really know why I’m writing on here guess it’s just a rant.

The uk guide lines say to sterilise up until 12 months, which I find a bit excessive. But in America they say up until 3 months?

What time are you setting your 4–5-month old’s bedtime? My LO likes to be up at 5:30 AM, and with daylight saving time coming up, I’m wondering if I’m putting him to bed too late and if that’s affecting how late he sleeps.. 🤔
