I used to do like 3 times a day roughly. So it would be in the morning after my shower and around my firsts nap time/lunch time and again after my shower before bed.
I used to do about 4 syringes a sitting but I had quite a bit of colostrum.

I would do it as much as possible. And take it all to the hospital. Looking back I know I could have gotten more out.

Strange statement

So yesterday, my son, who just turned 3, pointed to the sky and said ā€œDaddy in the skyā€. I was so confused because we haven’t talked to him about heaven or anything like that. Then he said ā€œMy family up thereā€, pointing to the sky. I asked who is in the family and he said ā€œDaddy, mommy, baby Ramiā€ (his name). It freaked me out. Anyone had experiences of your toddler saying weird semi spiritual sounding stuff like that?

Coping with lack of sleep?

How am I supposed to function on a few hours of sleep a night?

I have a newborn and a toddler. My husband is working away and we have no family locally who can help.

My newborn and toddler still wake in the night. One might wake, go back to sleep and then the other wakes. Sometimes they are both awake and take forever to settle.

I can’t nap when they nap as I have to do dishes, washing, put clothes away, tidy up, prep meals, shower and brush my teeth. I cannot leave these as it’s my only time of the day where I can get these done.

Long wake window

Help!
My baby boy is barely 2 months old and he can have some long wake windows. I’ve tried everything, trying to get him to go down when he’s yawning, making the room quiet for his nap, not overstimulating him, feeding him and then changing him before putting him to sleep, swaddling, and rocking him while standing but nothing works.
I don’t want him to get into this routine where he’s up for a few hours before he gets too tired to the point where he won’t sleep.
Any tips?

CMPA

My baby is 10 days old and have been told he has CMPA. He doesn’t seem to like the formula and struggles pooping after each feed. Has anyone else experienced this is it normal? What can I do to help him 🄲

Feeding

I have a 5 week old and he feeds almost every hour and I feel like he is empty quicker and mostly doesn’t take a full feed. I have heard that the milk at the beginning is watery and digests quicker than the milk that comes later. My question is if I want him to get the thicker milk to keep him stay full for longer how much should I express out before feeding him?

2 year age gap is hard

Anyone else with babies with a 2 year age gap finding it so hard. My boys are 26 months apart. My toddler is at such a hard age, I feel like 2 under 2 would have been so much easier. My youngest is only 4 weeks old so maybe I’m just struggling with finding new routines.

My 2 year old isn’t very gentle with his little brother, he battles me with every single thing. When I’m busy feeding or changing the baby he takes it as an opportunity to do something he’s not supposed to (like pulling food out the fridge; or emptying soap bottles onto the floor). It’s never ending

And juggling everything is so overwhelming, I thought my eldest being potty trained before the baby is born would make it easier but I think it’s actually harder

Just want to know if anyone else is in the same boat or if it gets easier 😩
