Pregnant 37 yo

I was 37 when I got pregnant with my surprise baby. I had her at 38. My birthday is in March she was born in November. She's perfectly healthy. No issues, thank the Lord. I tried to eat and keep healthy while pregnant. I had worked out for 1 year consecutively before I got pregnant, shes about 2 weeks away from being 1. She walks, she talks, shes above her standard height. Don't let Geriatric pregnancy scare you.

Hey, not me personally, but my mum had a 2 kids over the age of 37. One at 39 and the other at 41 (I was at 30). Both were healthy and have thrived in life! I also have some friends to older mothers too and they are healthy and happy. I know some have mentioned their parents miscarried before them. But it’s not impossible to have a very happy and healthy baby 🤗 from what I know they’ll want to do a bit more genetic testing during this pregnancy because there can be risks. But a lot more people out there choosing to have babies later in life now!

Take your prenatal vitamins, walk and do everything normal, your body knows what to do. I had a normal vaginal delivery, she latched on to my boob within the first hour, she's extremely smart!
