Hey, common sense says it’s fine but just need another mommas opinion!
Baby is 3.5m. In a next to me, but I only have a 2.5tog sleep sack tonight. Room is 18-20c so I’ve dressed her in just - nappy, baby grow and the sleep sack.
I think she’s had a heat rash so I’m paranoia incase I heat her.
Thank you 🙏

Really depends on the baby! We wear more layers than that in a higher temp but my baby runs cold. If their back between their shoulder blades is a nice temperature not cold not hot then you’re good to go x

We use the Tommee Tippee gro egg guidance. For 18-20c we dress baby girl in a nappy, long sleeve vest and her 2.5 tog sleep bag. We always dress her on the side of cold rather than warm as overheating terrifies me.

Our room is the same as yours and I have dressed mine in the same in terms of layers and tog. My LO tends to be on the warmer side.
My son expects us to buy him a toy every time we go to the store. Has anyone successfully broken this habit before? I told my husband that it would be a bad idea to start because it could become a problem as he gets older, and sure enough, here we are.
I’ve tried explaining that I’ll pick out a few toys and let him choose one, but that still ends in a meltdown. I’ve also tried going cold turkey, but he had such a huge meltdown that the lady in front of me even offered to let me go ahead of her at checkout.
Has anyone been able to break this habit? I’m open to suggestions on what worked for you. He’s 3½ years old.

When did you start implementing a proper bedtime routine?
Baby is 11 weeks, currently he goes down in the living room, either in his Moses basket or on me, about 6/7ish. Then we take him up to the next to me in our room, when we go to bed later. He usually stays asleep or I breastfeed him back to sleep if he’s hungry.
Does it matter he’s going to sleep in the evening in the living room, with us holding/rocking him? Should we be starting a proper bedtime routine in his cot where it’s quiet, so he learns to go down on his own?
I’m worried we’re creating habits that will be difficult as he gets older, but I don’t know how else you’d do it without going to bed myself crazy early!

I’m 2 months postpartum and lately I’ve just been feeling like absolute crap. My boyfriend really decided to try talking to a coworker and I found out by going through his phone lmfaooo 😭 this bitch really thought something was gonna happen when the girl wasn’t even entertaining him like that. But honestly we’ve been fighting so much lately that I keep asking myself what truly makes me happy anymore. I genuinely gave myself a whole year to figure shit out and try to make this work. I let myself get controlled in ways I never would’ve allowed before because I was pregnant and wanted my family to work. But mannn I used to be a whole boss bitch. I knew my worth, I stood on business and I did not give a fuck about losing anybody who didn’t bring me peace. Then I met this dumb fuck and somehow along the way I started losing pieces of myself trying to make something work that’s been draining me more than it’s been making me happy. And now I’m sitting here 2 months postpartum wondering when the hell I stopped putting myself first because one thing about me is I know who the fuck I am and I know I deserve better than this 😭💀

Would you/do you sleep train your 2 year old or just let them come in your bed and cosleep if they’re crying in their own bed ?

My daughter is 3mo old(ftm)& sometimes i think she may sleep too much?
She normally goes down for bed 8-9pm, wakes up 1-2x’s throughout the night to feed, is up for the day around 7-8am. Then she will take 3 naps that span anywhere from 1hr-3hrs(most likely on the 3hr end).
Her wake windows range from 1hr-2hrs max before she starts getting fussy and tired.
She eats 5-5.5oz per feeding, eating every time she wakes up from sleep.
Maybe i’m just thinking too much into it, but could she be sleeping too much?
She also is developing a flat spot/head, we do tummy time every time she is awake except overnight of course.
Any tips on how to help that as well? Thanks in advance🫶🏼🩷
