Have you been on your feet more recently or done more exerting things?

If you're still under your MUA team go and have it looked at, or your GP. I remember mine got weirdly painful again about 3 weeks pp and then it quickly improved, but it did take till about 3mo to feel almost fully pain free!

I had a third degree tear and didn’t feel significantly better till more like 8-10 weeks. Also the scar tissue that builds up from the healed stitches can be uncomfortable. I had some removed outpatient in my doctors office and it didn’t even hurt and made me feel a lot better. I was also told the aching from standing is pelvic floor weakness and not necessarily from the tear itself and was referred to physical therapy for it but it’s honestly gone away with time.
