Is there anyway I can get 121 therapy consultation through NHS? I've done self referral (recommended by gp) and the options are group course via Ms teams and silvercloud courses. I want to talk with a therapist and can't get anything more than these plans through hv and gp.
My daughter is 16months old and I'm still struggling with anxiety and ppd.

Hey! I am a CBT therapist in the NHS but work only with children. So my knowledge is limited in adult services. In certain areas the talking therapy services have prenatal therapy team. Make it more clear for them stating that your mental health difficulties are related to being postpartum and you feel self- help won't be enough for you.

Nhs will tell you to self refer to vita minds, is that where you have referred to anyway? I have found a therapy service that is donation based so you give what you can, if anything. Other than that its private. Do you have a family centre nearby that could offer some support? I am sorry you're struggling, I am too and its tough to get any support, I've been trying for years on and off and again recently but have now given up and dealing with it alone. I hope you have some personal support close by x

I wouldn’t bother with the NHS. I’ve been waiting 7 months even though you’re a “priority” after having a baby. It’s absolutely shocking the way the NHS treat you.
You’re better off paying privately, I have done & had an appointment within 1 week.
Morning ladies,
I really don't know what to get my lil lady for christmas she will be 6 months in jan.
People say that the door bouncers etc are bad for babies. I know she will love one as I did as a baby.
Any suggestions what to get her?
Thankyouuu ❤️

Hey has anyone else had this my five month old barely fits into any 3-6 clothes they all drown her but her 0-3 still fits perfect. She turns 6 months next week she’s hitting all her milestones but I’m wondering did anyone else go through the same? And did they go to 3-6 or just jump to 6-9 because I have seen some do that?

Had my baby boy 3 weeks ago now and I feel like I'm heading towards postpartum depression territory :( I feel like I miss my old self, my old life and my old life with my partner. I've wanted a baby for so long and now I feel so overwhelmed by how constant it is all the time and it makes me feel like a failure 😢 how is everyone else coping at the moment?

I’ve recently started cosleeping with my 17 month old but I can’t find any safe sleep guideance on cosleeping at this age? Does anyone know a reliable source to find this?
I follow a cosleeping page on insta but again it all seems to be focused around smaller babies
