feeling like a bad mom

Lately i been losing it and being super negative around my family. I got on meds for my PPD but it doesn’t seem to help much. I am angry a lot and today my 3yo had explosive 💩 in her pullup and it got all over our new couch and carpet 😭😭. I yelled and got upset and I know i made her feel bad. I am horrible. After i gave her a bath i apologized and just asked her to please tell me after she poops so i can change her right away. And my sister’s 4 kids came down later and made a mess and got chocolate or something all over her toys 😭. And then they came down when the baby was asleep and woke her up. I just feel like i cant catch a break and im upset all the time. Helpppp

We all have our limits & sometimes we just get overstimulated! It’s okay to make mistakes, we’re not made to be perfect. The best we can do is apologize when we’re in the wrong or go overboard & I think you’re a great mom because that’s what you did. 💖 for me, taking some time to myself can help out a ton. And it’s always okay to ask for help, This shit ain’t easy. Here’s to hoping tomorrow is a better day. ✨

Sex postpartum - post 2nd degree tear

I had a 2nd degree tear and had stitches. I've had sex only twice so far since (now 4 months pp). It has been so painful mainly where the tear was, skin feels so tight and it just causes pain.

I used a lot of lube but that didn't help much, felt like my skin just wasn't stretching at all. Any advice?

Post partum hair loss

Hey mums so I’m currently 4 months postpartum and I’ve noticed in the last few weeks my hair is falling out on my bed the floor everywhere i have so much hair and now I feel like my hair has gone thin but I’m not sure if it’s normal and if there anything I should be using or taking to stop it or let it grow back I’ve broken down in tears so many days every time I find a new hair anywhere.

Needing reassurance

Does anyone get 4 hours sleep every night 😴 are you ok? Do you still manage to get out and do things? I’m sure there will be people out there in the same situation I just feel so alone in it.

I’m 31 weeks and so anxious about the lack of sleep and how to cope with even more lack of sleep with a newborn.

This isn’t even my first baby it’s my 3rd but I’ve found sleep so difficult this pregnancy and so worried about not coping on lack of sleep with a newborn. 😢

Cluster feeding

My baby is currently 3 weeks old and he is almost all day and night on my breast. Sometimes he feeds for an hour and 10 minutes later he wants more. He is gaining weight properly. Breast is the only way to make him calm. I am very tired. Does anyone have a similar experience?

Tantrums

Has anyone else's 13 month old started throwing tantrums?

Really thought I had until 2 but my daughter is throwing tantrums for just about everything (full blown throw herself on the floor squealing, shouting, very rarely actually crying) 😅
