Hey mums so I’m currently 4 months postpartum and I’ve noticed in the last few weeks my hair is falling out on my bed the floor everywhere i have so much hair and now I feel like my hair has gone thin but I’m not sure if it’s normal and if there anything I should be using or taking to stop it or let it grow back I’ve broken down in tears so many days every time I find a new hair anywhere.

Hey! It’s completely normal, I’m 5 month pp and my hair has been falling out for a few weeks now too! I’m not sure if there’s anything you can take, im just letting it grow back, but I completely understand how stressful it is to find hair absolutely everywhere 😭

Girl same every time I brush and shower I end up feeling like I loose half my hair because it’s always like a fist full of hair. Not sure that anything can be done

Hey it’s completely normal and I am a second time mom I still have the same experience as I had my first!! It’s terrible to see that much hair everywhere. My Samsung vaccum got stuck with full of hair and had to throw it out. The shredding was insane. Don’t worry you will get the baby hairs back after few months. Please don’t stop taking your prenatal vitamins also ask your doctor if you can take biotin for hair growth. Also check your thyroid levels!!

In addition to continuing your prenatal vitamins, I would suggest taking Nutrafol! They helped so much with regrowth and it was noticeable after about two weeks of use 😊

I had lost so much of my hair at the start of the year, it was so thin and so much came out in the shower or in my brush. I switched to a scalp focused hair brand for all my hair products including a serum and my hair is so much healthier and thicker! I’m growing new layers of hair and I can no longer see my scalp when it’s tied up👏 if you want the details feel free to message me!🤍
Hi mamas! I’m 4 mo pp and sex has been pretty painful mainly due to me being dry down there. Any breastfeeding safe lube recommendations please?

I had a 2nd degree tear and had stitches. I've had sex only twice so far since (now 4 months pp). It has been so painful mainly where the tear was, skin feels so tight and it just causes pain.
I used a lot of lube but that didn't help much, felt like my skin just wasn't stretching at all. Any advice?

Does anyone get 4 hours sleep every night 😴 are you ok? Do you still manage to get out and do things? I’m sure there will be people out there in the same situation I just feel so alone in it.
I’m 31 weeks and so anxious about the lack of sleep and how to cope with even more lack of sleep with a newborn.
This isn’t even my first baby it’s my 3rd but I’ve found sleep so difficult this pregnancy and so worried about not coping on lack of sleep with a newborn. 😢

My baby is currently 3 weeks old and he is almost all day and night on my breast. Sometimes he feeds for an hour and 10 minutes later he wants more. He is gaining weight properly. Breast is the only way to make him calm. I am very tired. Does anyone have a similar experience?

Has anyone else's 13 month old started throwing tantrums?
Really thought I had until 2 but my daughter is throwing tantrums for just about everything (full blown throw herself on the floor squealing, shouting, very rarely actually crying) 😅
