Does AMH fluctuate and not just in a downward direction?

I’ve been reading and hearing of AMH fluctuations up and down. I had originally read that it is much more consistent than FSH etc. and simply declines with age.I’ve only ever had mine tested one time, CD3, 6 months post BC. Anyone have thoughts on this or experience increases in amh?

I think with supplements it can improve.

I know some people have mentioned testing it at diff times and seeing an increase in it. Altho I’m not sure if you artificially raise it with dhea or supplements if that actually means anything because it’s really just an indicator in conjunction with the FSH that your body is working hard to ovulate and produce eggs right? I’m not sure I think the biggest thing you have control over is improving quality of eggs

With supplements it can improve and also a low vitamin d level can give you a low amh reading

Yes vitamin d and dhea does help
