My husband commented on my smell

I was having a rough day and I was just not in a good mood and didn’t want to be joking around and he just kept making different jokes and I blew them off whatever but then he made a comment about going down on me so much better when I wash down there and that instantly just put me in a horrible mood and when we talked hours later I told him how that made me insecure and he totally didn’t understand it and he said “he was just joking” and I’m not buying it he said he was sorry but idk what to do it really hurt me

I'm sorry he "jokes" in such a mean manner!! My fiance does the same thing and is always "just joking" I constantly tell him how much I don't like it and it's got a lot better!! My advice is to try to not take him too seriously and be open and honest with him about how much you don't like it! My fiance has made me cry multiple time this pregnancy! Some people think they are being funny when they really are just being cruel!!

Ugh. Guys are SOOO dense sometimes! I had an ex that expected ME to go down on HIM but would rarely if ever do the same for me. I asked him why, once, and he basically said that girls are "gross" and "dirty" down there and that he didn't like it. 😒

It gave me a giant complex and I was soooooo insecure about it for basically the rest of my life. I'm married to an INCREDIBLE man now and when we were first dating, he was always so generous in bed and would happily head south. I was always weird about it though and had a hard time relaxing and enjoying myself because I constantly worried about it.

I finally confided in him and told him WHY I was so insecure and he just laughed and said that my ex was an idiot and reassured me that I tasted and smelled great to him and that he would politely tell me, if ever that changed.

Heck....I tell him when he needs to do some "grooming" down South so that I'm not choking on pubes! 😂 (I prefer that things are trimmed neatly so I always joke to him

I don’t see anything wrong with this. I’m not going down on my hubby either unless he’s fresh out the shower Lol. I can totally relate to what he’s saying. I also think it’s insensitive that you’d want him to go down on you without you being so fresh so clean. I personally wouldn’t want my hubby to unless I’m fresh out the shower. Not saying we stink but it’s just courtesy. You’re not going to eat off a dirty plate that’s been out all day.

Don't feel bad..at least he was honest if it was the case. Just clean up real nice,,you can even make sure you smell clean yourself..put on your sexy panties and sit on his face.. he won't have nothing bad to say afterwards.

Maternity allowance

Hi guys! So I am currently on maternity leave with my boy and pregnant again, my maternity leave is almost over (I took the full 52 weeks off) so I am due back work soon! I have just had an email saying I’m not eligible for statuary maternity pay again and they are sending me a form to apply for maternity allowance! I would only be back at work for approx 6-8 weeks before going on maternity again! So I thought I would use my holidays instead of actually going back but the manager has actually refused them. What I’m wondering is, if I was to hand in my notice, would I still technically be eligible for maternity allowance and get the full amount or would it be the £27 a week? Because if I did do that, then they would obviously still have to pay me my holidays that I’m entitled to?

Change of religion when married.. advice please!

Hi all, my husband has very recently and out of the blue turned to Christianity (we were atheist). I’ve been super supportive, we’re speaking a lot about it, I’m reading the bible to understand. To be clear I don’t have an issue with it at all (I went to a Christian school, just wouldn’t say I’ve found Jesus myself 🤷🏼‍♀️).
I just wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation? What if I can’t come to the same conclusion and we end up not being of the same religion?

Really hoping someone’s gone through similar and may give me an idea of how it turned out please 🙏

Extending maternity leave beyond a year

I’m due to go back to work in June and my baby to nursery after a year off (I work in the nursery she’ll be attending).I can’t claim funding for her until September so considering now staying off with her until then.

Does anyone know how this works? Am I entitled to just tell them I’m doing this or is it something that can be refused now my maternity leave and 52 weeks leave entitlement is up?

What’s a cheap little gift you could buy for anyone. The only thing I could think of is a scratch off lottery. What else is there?

I’ll take any ideas?
