Lemon water

I drank powerade every day in early pregnancy as it helped with the constant nausea. Now I'm nearly full term I drink mostly water

Iced or ice cold water - never drunk so much water .... first half I drank a lot of apple juice but since diagnosed with GD so had to knock all juice on the head overnight 😢

I always was a tea drinker, can’t stand it now. Cold water all day, helps a little against my nausea. Think the body is hotter more quickly or something. I used to always be cold, now I sleep with the blankets off most of the night. I feel like a radiator!

Watermelon was a life saver for me lol

Not to worry u but being thirsty is a main symptom of gestational diabetes have u been checked for that?

Slushies always quench my thirst. Lemonade to be exact. Then a bottle of room temp water

Water... lots of water. Coconut water also.

Body Armor. I drink it religiously while breastfeeding and I love it. It says it’s “superior hydration” lol but it’s amazing!

Coconut water

Ice cold water, lemonade, and the lemon-lime Gatorade have been my go to!

Sprite. I always wanted sprite 😪

Liquid IV. It was made by a pregnant momma. They have different flavors and they help with hydration. My hubs found them at Costco but I think you can get them on Amazon.

Arizona Arnold Palmer! Obsessed! Only drank it when I was pregnant.

Water is the best thing and herbal teas but not green tea as it’s high in caffeine. Although thirst is usual in pregnancy, excessive thirst can indicate I think gestational diabetes so if you haven’t had the test it might be worth asking a professional about just incase. Xxx

Fanta lemon 🍋

I found cordial in my water helps.... Not strong but just enough to taste different to water! I have also felt ridiculously thirsty too and my midwife said its very normal xx

You should try barley tea, caffeine free, subtle chocolate notes and very hydrating and more importantly without sugar

Spindrift seltzer

I drank tons of water and flavored seltzer water (coconut flavor is my favorite), if I was SUPER thirsty and nothing was helping, usually a small can of Sprite over ice did the trick. Anything with coconut water is very hydrating, too! The BodyArmor drinks are awesome!

Big ol cups of water filled to the rim with Ice. Ice helps me the most when my mouth is feeling extra dry.

Water is the healthiest choice, I will have a flavoured carbonated water if I'm craving something different

I have been enjoying drinking milk in my pregnancy this time round (as well as water!) x

Club lemon with my dinner. And Robinson’s diluted pink grapefruit with the water cause plain water is awful to me lol.
I’m having 1 coke once a week for a treat

Tons of water and flavored seltzer’s helped me!

Water, sparkling water, crystal light, tea, honest juice

I chomp on fruit pastille ice lollies like they’re going out of fashion - it’s nice to constantly have something wet in my mouth. When I’ve run out of lollies I’ve also had an electrolyte tablet in water which quenches my thirst.

Waterrrr

Cordial or orange Capri sun, and ice lollies!

This was me! I drank coconut water and then added juice or Gatorade (I liked cranapple) to my reg water over ice ( about 1/4 of my glass and the rest water)

Lemon and Cucumber 🍋🥒 Water!
