Does anyone have any tips for moving from exclusively breast feeding to pumping? Breast feeding has gone relatively well for us, little one is 6 weeks tomorrow.

Tip: wash your pump parts once a day not for every feed.

Feed on demand, pump on a schedule.
Make sure your flanges fit properly! And use a lubricant like olive oil
Set up a station where you pump most often with all your stuff.
Buy extra parts (mostly bottles) and keep your flanges in the fridge and wash after last pump of the day.
Don’t forget to replace your parts over time.
You may need to hand massage etc, pumps are not usually as effective as baby at removing milk.
Good luck!
