I want to paint my son a plate for his birthday coming up! Has anyone painted one of these at home and if so what did you use and did the paint ever come off?

My thinking is to make it on the longer side so people can arrive late or leave a bit early to suit their schedule but still be worth them coming. Which would you find it easier to attend as the parent of a two year old?

So after a very intense and short labour baby Noah was born weighing a whooping 9 pounds and wow how I feel that 😂.
