How do I increase milk supply as a just enough HELP!!!

My little boy is EBF but will occasionally have a bottle of my milk if I’m nipping out for an hour, but I find seeing him drink from a bottle, even though it’s my milk, so so upsetting?! I absolutely hate it, I can’t explain why but it makes me so sad. Is anyone else like this? I know it’s silly 😥

Ok so maybe I'm overthinking, but I've researched into sugar intake and breastfeeding and it says it can affect baby cognitively.
