Hi! I’ve gone cold turkey and stopped feeding my 19M old. I’m gutted about it but it was time! Any tips for engorged boobs? I’m struggling! I’m hand expressing a bit to relieve the pain but they’re very sore! Just gone to get some cabbage too so will try that! Any advice welcome 🤗

At what age would you stop breastfeeding and considered “too old”

When you breastfed did you pump as well? If so was it because of low supply? I would like to know if I can bf without pumping as last child had to pump but don’t wanna pump again, pls comment

hey yall FTM here i just went out on a date night with my husband and only had one drink for the night not sure what alcohol percentage it is and was wondering if it'll be present in my breastmilk or can i just pump and save that breastmilk for something else ex: milk bath.

My 20 month old uses the MAAM one for morning and bedtime bottle. Should I be changing to something else by now? When I tried something different before she drank less so I reverted back to the bottles

I was supposed to pump at 8:45, but didn't until 10:45. If I power pump until 11:45, is that good enough to cover the 8:45 and 11:45 pumps? Then just back to normal pump at 2:45?
