Anyone had any good ideas for birthday presents? I want to buy bits over the next few months to spread the cost.

I know this isn’t for everyone obviously, but if you WERE to hire someone to style your porch for example in the spring, put planters by your door with flowers in them, new door mat etc.. and fall, pumpkins and things, how much would you pay for that?

He feels Easter and Christmas are commercialised so doesn't want to get the kids much but says if I want to I can. Which then means the cost is left to me. For birthdays he feels one present is enough so I get the rest. I get they are his beliefs but it seems bloody unfair
