Just curious for some new lunch ideas for my toddler. He is 13 months. I feel like I always resort to the same foods:
-avocado toast with a side of fruit
-carrots with hummus
-yogurt with fruit
-pb and j sandwich
-cottage cheese with a side of fruit
These are pretty much the foods I give him for lunch. Looking for more ideas. Anything would be helpful!

I’m always looking for ideas too. Today we had rotini pasta. I made a “tuna salad” out of the left over whole wheat rotini pasta. Tuna, pasta, some onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, some mayo and plain Greek yogurt.
I love making roasted sweet potato fries or carrot fries. Easy and can use as a side for a few days.
Also, grilled cheese is a favorite. Sometimes I add low sodium turkey.

Baked apples (I make them ahead with or without cinnamon), banana and peanut butter, orange segments pulled apart. We’re sort of in a chicken rut but leftovers for dinner are used for lunches too.

I peel and cut a bunch of different vegetables, and I vapor cook them. It can be leek, butternut squash, zuchini, yellow squash, carrot, potato, spinach, Swiss chard, onion, green beans…
I take an assortment of about 3-4 of the above list, vapor cook them together, and then I mix these veggies with a protein: like fish, chicken, beef or lamb. And voila…I have a complete lunch meal for baby. Mine’s 14 months.

Peanut butter/jelly ,Mac n cheese, lunchmeat/ cheese roll up

I make my daughter pizza
Just whole wheat tortilla
What every kind of sauce you want I use pesto or marinara
Can add all kinds of veggies on there spinach, kale, pineapple, peppers, tomatoes
And then top it with cheddar cheese pop it in the oven at 375 for a few minutes.
Or I make her hulk Mac and cheese
Make my own Pesto sauce: spinach, pine nuts(if baby does not have nut allergies) garlic, basil ,olive oil fresh parmigiana cheese then mix it in with whatever pasta your little likes.
I also have cheese orzo broccoli
Cut up broccoli and/or peas
Cheddar cheese
Cream cheese

Thank you! Do you chop up things like spinach?

My baby really likes peanut butter and pumpkin, thin the PB out with warm water do it's kinda soupy and mix with equal amounts of pumpkin puree ... It's great with toast or like a pudding 🎃
