Can I take flint stone vitamins?

Sprouts has powdered ones you can take

these make me nauseous when I take them with water 😞

They told my sis to take those when she cudnt take prenatal only thing is they don't have folic acid

One of my sister in laws was told by her dr to take flint stone vitamins because she couldn’t keep any others down. She swore by them!

Prenatals have important stuff (like folic acid) that regular multivitamins do not. I’d keep trying to find a prenatal that works for you, I guess flintsones is better than not taking a vitamin, but it’s not a 1:1 substitute.

Are the smarty pants hard to chew? Some gummies I’ve tried I can’t even chew them

it’s not gummies. It’s a hard pill! You can take a knife and cut it in half

even if she took the flinstone vitamins she can just take folic acid separately

But taking multiple vitamins to try to recreate all the differences between prenatals and regular multivitamins (folic acid is not the only difference) is going to be harder than just finding one prenatal that works.

not necessarily. While it’s important to get all the necessary vitamins the prenatal offer those same things are taken in by a balanced diet as well. But I’m no doctor and she should consult with them before anything

I’m just saying if she’s have trouble finding one vitamin that works for her, she’s going to have more trouble finding 2 or more.
