My 18mo boy has been having some Ready Brek with soy milk, blueberries, bananas, flaxseed and chia seed for breakfast every day and I wonder how long he can have this for breakfast..
He has normal porridge that I have once a week as well.
I've been sticking to this Ready Brek as this seems the most nutritious breakfast for the boy rather than other normal cereal with high level of sugar..
Mums with vegan babies - please could you share what your little ones have for breakfast? TIA

Blueberry pancakes or other fruit
Avocado on toast with asparagus
Beans on toast (granted not highly nutritious but change of flavours)
Scrambled tofu on toast or just with asparagus spinach etc (like a vegan fry up)

My little girl has organic weetabix every day with alpro oat growing up milk she loves it usually has two bowls xx

We do porridge with chia seeds, fruit and nut butter
Pancakes - I use these to sneak in vegetables too if he's not feeling great and therefore not eating normally (grated carrot, spinach etc)
Beans on toast
Mashed avocado and white beans on toast
Always offer some fruit alongside to help with iron absorption with the above two
Days that I don't have time for prep Weetabix with ground seeds and soya milk with some fruit
I've tried scrambled tofu when I'm making for me but he's not overly convinced yet 🤣
