Best maternity undies

Bonds has a cotton blend bikini brief for around $15-$20. I got mine from a Bonds outlet so it was a bit cheaper

The 3 pack bamboo undies for $12 from Kmart are super comfortable hun. Pregnancy will be more prone to thrush coz of our hormones but what you can do to prevent another repeat is to either buy cranberry juice and drink a cup a day, or take cranberry in the form of vitamins pills, and drink lots of water. I know it’s tempting to have partner finish inside, but semen disrupts vagina PH balance so try to get him to finish elsewhere, or condoms. I’ve actually never had thrush or UTI

And try to go commando at night xx

Thanks lovelies. I ordinarily wear bonds hi-hi ribbed, but found this to trap in the heat especially while experiencing the flare up. Will try out the Kmart bamboo range and thanks for the cranberry juice tip, will be filling up an entire trolley this arvo 😂

I had the bamboo maternity ones from kmart and found they rolled down when my belly got bigger. So I ended up getting the cotton full brief I think they are called (non maternity) in a bigger size so they fit over my belly and I definitely preferred those. I still wear them post partum tbh 😅
