So, I am terrified of spiders but I really don't want to pass this fear onto my daughter... Any tips on how I can ensure this doesn't happen? A huge one walked out on me in the ensuite yesterday and I've not been able to go in since as it'd gone by the time my husband came to catch it...

That is an interesting but tricky question... you probably suffer of arachnophobia, which is very common. Probably the best way to not pass it is to get rid of it or trying to manage it. It is difficult to do it on your own. I had another phobia and i went to the psycologist to handle it...it worked.

i'm scared of spiders but have started killing them (small ones) but i'm claustrophobic and when i gave birth.. the midwife had a go at me for refusing too go down in the lift.. i'm terrified about my LO not liking small spaces.. so will get my partner too go in lifts whenever they are around and i will just walk down the stairs
