Help! If you’re baby is lactose intolerant how did you know? Ever since starting my LO on whole milk he has been having diarrhea and throwing up at first we thought it was a virus.. but its not seeming to get better and at night he throws up alot and has been having diarrhea as well. So we tried that powder toddler milk as it was suggested but its doing the same thing but then i was reading it also has dairy. Should I try the lactose free milk??

Both of my boys are. And they were always bloated, always throwing up, diarrhea and then i switched to almond milk and everything has been good. But they do get lactose free, almond or soy milk. Just figure out which good for you. And give it a a few days so your little ones belly can adjust to the change

Definitely try lactose free! It can not hurt to try it and certainly could help.

Regular milk gives my baby a rash and diarrhea too. I’ve started giving her organic lactose free milk and she does a lot better with it!

Yeah my baby got diarrhea the next morning and switched right away to lactose
Thank you guys soo much!! im getting some lactose free milk today!

We use ripple milk for my one year old and it’s been great for her! She has a dairy allergy so this was the best option for our family and it has a bunch of vitamins and nutrients for their development!
