This has probably been asked before but what is everyone packing in their hospital bags? I’ve seen some lists before but it’s like 50 things and that seemed excessive so keen to know what are the critical things to include! I’m 34 weeks and feel I should be starting to get it ready incase baby makes an early arrival 😬😬😬

Night gown or 2, going home outfit, soap, lotion, chapstick, hair tie, blanket for comfort, snacks, slippers for shower, charger, nipple cream everything else they pretty much give you.

Nothing because I’m having a homebirth! 🤣

If you REALLY want to be basic, the only thing you need is a charger, and maybe toiletries!! Lol
The hospital has everything… literally everything.
Now, if you want your own personal things for comfort , you can start by prioritizing with hygiene things like your own underwear, bras, pjs , slippers/ socks etc. but again, hospital has it all

Snacks. Like double triple what you originally think. We ran out of them on day 2 of a 5 day stay. Being up at 2/3/4 feeding baby and the hunger hits!
