No fetal pole detected at 6+4 scan

I wish I had advice, I can only say you’re not alone. I’m in a similar position but no twins. Finding the waiting game agony. I have had cramping/abdominal pain but no bleeding.

Hey it’s so tough! I went for an early scan when I thought I was 7 weeks…went and they only saw a yolk sac with no fetal pole and asked me to come back in 2 weeks to which I assumed the worst BUT they were only measuring me as 5 weeks 3 days instead. I went back this week and I’m now measuring 7 and they saw a heartbeat 🙂 so it absolutely very possible that you’re just a bit behind than you thought, hope this help and gives some positive vibes! I went at what I thought was 5+5 they couldn’t see anything (barely a sac) went back two weeks later and I was 6+4 and had everything & heart beat I’m now 7+4 :) waiting for another scan in 2 weeks due to missed miscarriage last year x

I had this last time, I was only 5+5 but I was suppsed to be 7+, I didn’t bother going back and just waited for my nhs scan and everything was fine, he’s 11 months now

I can’t really advise but I went for an early scan, thought I was 7 weeks but was earlier, and the gestational sac measured 14mm. We could JUST see a fetal pole measuring 2.4mm but it was TINY. You may just be earlier than you thought! Fingers crossed for you x

Had my follow-up scan and unfortunately it wasn’t great news. The gestational sac has grown to 21mm and there is a fetal pole of 2.8mm with a very sluggish heartbeat. There is also bleeding within the sac.

Baby is measuring under 6 weeks which doesn’t add up to my dates at all 🥺

I’m so sorry to hear this. I am in the exact same boat, also 2 sacs. According to lmp I should be 9 weeks but had a follow up scan today. Measuring 5w6d and still no fetal pole. I’m so hoping it’s just too early to see.
