Pregnancy worries 15 weeks tomorrow
So I’m worried I had my 12 week scan obviously and everything seems fine but my symptoms are either going away or changing. I don’t know and all I seem to be seeing videos of people losing their babies or having missed miscarriages at this stage or like 17 weeks and not knowing until the next scan And I have an anterior placenta so can’t feel any movements yet even though it’s my second baby so can’t tell if a baby is okay or not and I haven’t even had an appointment come through for a 20 week scan yet also had my blood tests done at my 12 week scan and I didn’t receive them back yet because my scan was it 13+4 so it’s been 10 days I’m starting to worry not had any bleeding, but had cramping on and off and pain on my side, but not right ligament higher up and just kind of like period cramps
Signal seems to have gone. I don’t seem to be is tired anymore and not paying as much as I used to spend all day and all night peeing and now I’m drinking the same but don’t seem to be paying as much as urgently.

If your concerned speak to your local maturnity ward, I would also recommend ringing where you had your 12 week scan and ask for a datr because that's what I did because it's so back logged everywhere! Don't keep worrying yourself it's worth getting checked out xx
With your results from your 12 week scan, no news is usually good news. I’ve been on the other side with those results and they called me within 2 days when it was bad.
Symptoms do usually go around this stage and it’s common not to feel pregnant as you can’t feel them yet and don’t have a bump.
You could always book a private scan for reassurance if you need it but it sounds like everything is ok it is very rare for bad things to happen at this stage.
