I can ask him any question about anything (with the exception of ‘would you like chocolate buttons) and he will say no immediately. He will then decide it’s yes shortly afterwards. He is a really happy, chatty and outgoing little boy and I feel very lucky. This, however, might kill me. I have never come across such an annoying habit in my life. Please tell me everyone else’s child is doing this and it’s not just mine doing my head in??! Also ‘why’ has started in the last few days 🫠😂 x

Ohh my son is the same, except he can't speak he screams instead😅
Anyway no doesn't mean no every time they just like to say no!
I can't wait for the "why" stage 🤣

Today started off fine, then finished with me wanting to scream,Ella-rose went asleep fine. She woke a nightmare wouldn't listen to anything I told her went to effort making a nice dinner, and she hardly touched it and she was just so naughty, which isn't like her and because I haven't stopped all day its made it that much harder I'm just glad this day is nearly over 😩x

Yep and what's worse is, she learned it from her big sister 😫😫
why is so bad 😂😂 we had a conversation in the car on the way to the childminder this morning. ‘Mummy, see friend boobies?’ ‘No, you can’t see your friend’s boobies’ ‘why?’ ‘Because they will decide if they want you to see their boobies, you don’t decide that’ ‘why?’ ‘Because that’s their decision and also that’s the law’ ‘why?’ ‘Because it is’ ‘why?’ ‘because’ ‘why?’ ‘OMG BECAUSE IT IS THATS ENOUGH’ ‘why?’ At this point, I nearly pulled over and left him on the side of the road 😂😂
these days are the worst 😭 it’s like they can tell when you’re at your limit and choose those days to be really testing. Wine! Xxx

Sounds so funny but I know it is NOT😅

Lol we’re in the ‘why’ phase too🤣 it does make me giggle though as I find it’s always with the most ridiculous things

My LO constantly asks for things to be opened now that he knows you have to open something to put batteries in. They then proceed to cry.
We went to a museum that had antique train sets on display and asked for it to be opened so he could play with them.

My LO only uses no or pushes something out of the way if they don’t want what I’m offering. It’s not excessive like open.
