Babies who sleep until 7am ish

Hey! Looking for nap schedules for babies who sleep 7pmish to 7am-ish.
My LG has been waking earlier and earlier and I now awake for the day around 5.30/6am but was always 7am.
Thinking maybe need to cut her day naps down.

Currently 1.15 hours am and 1.30 hours pm.

Thanks 😊

Typical naps on a two nap day (switches between two and one it’s annoying)
10ish-11:30jsh then 3ish-4:30
Or 12-3 on a one nap day. Bedtime at 8pm wakes up between 6:30-8 am

(He doesn’t sleep through but that’s cause he’s a pig and wants milk)

My son goes to bed between 7-7.30pm and wakes currently 6.15-7am. He has a nap in the morning around 9 usually for an 1hr 20 mins and then an afternoon nap around 1-2pm which varies from 40 mins to 1hr and a half.

It could just be a phase. My little boy went through a phase of waking at 5.30 and even woke up at 4.50am one morning! 🙃. But after a week or 2 he went back to sleeping in longer.

Our nap schedule is:

Nap 1: 11am-12:30pm
Nap 2: 3pm-4pm

And my boys bedtime is 6:30pm-7pm and wakes for a bottle at 6:30am but sleeps until 8am afterwards 😊

I’m so jealous! My little girl used to settle back after a bottle but is wide awake for the day now 🥲 do you find a shorter afternoon nap helps or does your boy not sleep longer than an hour? My girl would sleep 2 hours each nap if she could.

I let my boy sleep as long as possible in the day so I can get peace😂 but he naturally only goes about an hour in the afternoon. Sometimes we bring him in bed with as at 6:30am for the bottle if he seems a bit awake to ensure we get that extra bit of sleep!

aaah that’s ideal! My girl will sleep long on both naps so I’ve been shortening them to 1.15 hours to see if that will help create some sleep pressure but I’m not sure it makes a difference. I might trial just letting her sleep for what she needs and if it really doesn’t make a difference then I can just stop capping her naps. So hard when lots of info and sleep pressure etc 🙈

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

11 month old constantly standing in cot

Please tell me someone has some advice for this cause wow it’s trying. My almost 11 month old is fully on the move now and his new favourite thing is repeatedly pulling to stand in his cot. The problem is that he wears a sleep sack (mainly so his legs don’t get stuck between the bars tbh lol) so he’s not stable enough to lower himself down. So earlier he fell backwards and hit is head and now we feel like we can’t just leave him to it. Typically it’s his first full day at nursery tomorrow and my first day back at work IT’S LIKE HE KNOWS!!
Please tell me someone has some tips. Currently we are quietly placing him back on his back every time but he just keeps doing it! 🤣🤡

Took 9 week old to a family party where there was loud music and she was next to the speaker for most of the time (about 3 hours). She slept through most of it. Do you think she has hearing loss from this?

Freaking out right now :(

Struggling in the 4 month regression

How are people getting out of the 4 month regression? I’ve been looking it up and it says I need to be trying to put him down drowsy but awake but this does not work for my LO. Every time we do this he ends up being wide awake and after almost an hour of trying we have to contact nap/rock to sleep. I want to avoid rocking to sleep because now when he wakes up in the night he needs to be rocked back to sleep which he never used to need.

Nights are constantly broken because we are up 2-3 times to rock him back to sleep. Please give me your tips on how to survive this and how to get out of this!! Constantly feel like I’m failing and doing something wrong
