I have daily chores, weekly chores, and monthly chores that I like to get done. Many friends and family don't understand it. To me it's rewarding. Anyone else?

Yes! I love the feeling of a clean house. It’s helped change my perspective from having to clean to enjoying the feeling!

Do you have it written down to share? Very overwhelmed trying to keep up! Lol

Sure.
Daily: I empty trash if it's full, pick up clutter, dust with a duster, vacuum & mop. I make sure the dishes are done as I go so that it isn't overwhelming. Once there is a load of laundry, I do it. It's less overwhelming that way. Usually I am able to do a small load every day. It takes maybe 5 to 10 minutes to fold & put away. I vacuum the baseboards every other day. This cleaning takes about 30 minutes a day since I've gotten the routine down.
Weekly: I do a little extra cleaning in at least one room. This makes the extra cleaning easier on me instead of try to do the entire house. I like to group the bedrooms together & the bathrooms together. I use alcohol to wipe glass items & a wet rag to wipe down furniture. I clean the vents and the windows. Maybe 10-30 minutes.
Monthly: I try to do at least two monthly chores each day. It makes it easier to keep up on. Walls, curtains, bedding, organizing, fridge, freezer & under furniture. Maybe 10-20 minutes.

I've actually been wanting to get a list made up so I can get and keep it all done easier

I use a lovely app called TickTick for check list, things to do, but for housework, I also use Tody, it syncs, so my boyfriend has it too, we paid the measly $5 to share progress, it wasn't fair all housework was on me. The trick is to set up all chores completed to "today" and push other chores not completed forward one day. I give myself a minimum time to do chores: 15 mins but no matter what, i stop at 1 hr. Sometimes dishes/putting away laundry will exceed my hour, which is fine! With ADHD, seeing a long list is overwhelming, but seeing a timer counting down is motivating!

Thank you for the recommendations. I've installed both apps. 😊

Great example. Thanks for sharing!!
