4 month sleep regression

Are any of you mamas currently in the deep end of the 4 month sleep regression?

Couple questions:
1)What we’re the changes in your babies sleep patterns and behaviour?
2)Any tips on what is/isn’t working for you and your LO to get back on track.

Figured we may all benefit from some different experiences in anticipation for this next phase. :)

My bahy was 4 months on the 14th. His 4 month sleep regression started that day 😂. He'd wake up every 45 min, when previously for about 2 weeks he was sleeping 7+ hours straight at night. First few nights I was confused and would pick him up, nurse Him and he fall back asleep instantly, but when I put him back in his crib he'd wake up at the 45 min mark. After 2 days of this I decided to just hold him instead of putting him back to bed, and he slept the whole way thru. I didn't sleep tho 😂 I found he'd not want to sleep from about 2am-6am but then sleep from 6am-9am. He seems to now be shifting out of it, lasted about a week. I try to get him into his bed as late as possible, around 12am, and the past two nights he's slept until 5am,nurses, then back to sleep til 7am. Who knows how tonight will go 😂

Yes I’m dying- he’s turning 3 months this Saturday and we have definitely been in it for a good week. Waking up almost every hour wanting to eat. I’m going to try the later bedtime like Adriana^ mentioned cause I don’t know what else to do! He also crap naps so I don’t know when this baby sleeps😭

I think we’re in it too, he’s 3.5 months and it started a couple weeks ago and hasn’t gotten any better. He will only sleep in my arms and cries sometimes every hour or every 2-3 hours. Even after a feed and change he’ll still cry and sometimes will only stop if I actually get up and rock him back to sleep. He also has bad eczema so I think this may be part of the issue. But I’m exhausted 🫠

Yes. My girl turns 4 months tomorrow, and it started about 2 weeks ago. She used to feed twice in the night (3-4 hour stretches) and now she's up every 1-2 hours. I did so much googling to see how to make it better but I think it's just a phase we have to go through. I still nurse her to sleep every time. I've tried to get her to soothe herself back to sleep but it doesn't work for my baby. It's rough!

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

11 month old constantly standing in cot

Please tell me someone has some advice for this cause wow it’s trying. My almost 11 month old is fully on the move now and his new favourite thing is repeatedly pulling to stand in his cot. The problem is that he wears a sleep sack (mainly so his legs don’t get stuck between the bars tbh lol) so he’s not stable enough to lower himself down. So earlier he fell backwards and hit is head and now we feel like we can’t just leave him to it. Typically it’s his first full day at nursery tomorrow and my first day back at work IT’S LIKE HE KNOWS!!
Please tell me someone has some tips. Currently we are quietly placing him back on his back every time but he just keeps doing it! 🤣🤡

Took 9 week old to a family party where there was loud music and she was next to the speaker for most of the time (about 3 hours). She slept through most of it. Do you think she has hearing loss from this?

Freaking out right now :(

Bedtime

What time are you getting your LOs down for the night now and how are you finding bedtime? We’ve had the sane routine since my daughter was a few weeks old - bath with her older sister and 6.45, followed by a bottle and ideally in bed by 7.30. This worked at first but over the last few weeks she’s been fighting it a lot and, with the exception of a few days last week which were a lot easier, it’s a bit of a battle to get her down and features a lot of screaming and resettling. Not sure if we are putting her down too early or late? Her last nap is usually a cat nap (30-45 mins) and finishes by 6. She’s pretty good at settling herself from a night feed, but seems to be unable to do it at bedtime, even with her dummy.
