My 16 month old used to sleep throught the night till he was 12 months...post that his sleep has been terrible with few good nights which I think is mainly because of teething ..but even now his sleep hasnt improved...waking up multiple times and early morning too. I feel sometimes he is afraid of being alone in his room in the dark. He has transitioned to 1 nap and has wake window of 5-6 hrs. Any suggestions/advice please

no suggestions but here in solidarity. my 16 month old has been waking up for 1-2 hours every night for weeks. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I'm so sorry. My baby girl is teething too and she has been waking up at like 2 am because of it. This past week has been the first week we've been able to sleep in. Have you tried a night light, a stuffed animal or a blanket they like? I do all three and it's helped a lot.

Oml I hope this isn’t in my future. My LG is almost 16m and she’s suddenly become a terrible napper. She just knocks out in the car like 1-2hours before her nap time

Im in the same boat. Soon as he turned 1 year old, he wakes up for milk. Nothing can sooth him but milk.

warm hugs🤗🤗

does he sleep after he is fed..mine doesnt..

thanks dear...I have tried stuffed animal but will try night light too

warm hugs dear..you are doing great job though..wish you sleep through the night soon🤗

Mine wakes up more too now. He’s usually hungry so I get a sippy cup of milk and he goes back to sleep. Sometimes he doesn’t want to go back into his crib and I have to hold him asleep for a while.

Mine use to sleep through the night also and right after his birthday stopped usually wakes up around 2am!

yes he does.

same..how does he goes back to sleep

not gonna lie he comes to bed with us and cosleeps until like 6 or 7 it is the only way he will easily go back down and I do it for my sanity!

I can understand..

My 16 month is having issues sleeping too! I think it’s a regression.. have seen him learn a lot in the last two weeks and starting to push boundaries with EVERYTHING 🙃🙃🙃🙃 still figuring out his transition from 2 naps a day to omen
