Help!!! My 5 1/2 month old is now waking every couple of hours during the night. Sometimes for a feed and sometimes to be settled back off. She used to sleep 8-7:30am.
Anyone have any reasons as to why this could be or any ways I can get it back to before?
Please help one very tired Mumma💗

I'm going through the exact same with our little one thats around the same age. I'm not sure if it's another sleep regression stage.
All I know is, that during the day coffee is my best friend.
Sorry I'm not much use, but just want to tell you, you're not alone ❤️

I’ve been looking everywhere and others the same age say their babies are sleeping through the night still!
Not sure if its a sleep regression or another leap. Whatever it is is definitely not my friend atm! Xx

Sleep regression. It happens at a few different stages

A lot of people are posting the same thing. We have been going through this for just over three weeks now every 30 minutes-2 hours

Sometimes my little girl does this for a few days and then all of a sudden she can do something new. Maybe she’s going through a growth spurt or a developmental stage ❤️

This has been happening with us the last week, I swapped him to a slerpsuit and 2.5tig sleep sack last night as our took is now 20/21 and he slept better last night. Still not as good as he used too,but defo woke up fewer times so thinking maybe he was cold from the sudden drop in temp recently 🤔

maybe I will try this tonight, she’s in a 1.0 tog with a sleepsuit so I thought she would be warm enough🤞🏼

yeah it’s been a few days now and I’m patiently waiting for her new skill to come along to say it was worth it😂

Experiencing the same situation at the moment. Took him sleeping through the night for granted and now exhausted 😅

It’s normal. Please check your room temperature and make sure you change the nappy regularly. Like others says it is growth spurt

@Jess could be worth a go, my little boy always sleeps better in a 2.5tog, think he's cosier. He's always loved being warmer st night.... much to my anxiety 🤣
